While I think that you missed part of the quote. If you read the rest of the original quote you would see that it goes on to say that you need to reboot after you change domain membership. AFAIK this is in fact true. If you know of a way to change the domain without rebooting the machine please let me know because I would find it very useful. The other part is about and MPEG (or maybe MP3) player. Without knowing which one I am unable to comment :-)
