This is a very nice article but there are dozens of
similar articles in circulation. To fight the DMCA
and other unpleasant legal hiccups the public should
just boycott Adobe for a while ( personally I rather
boycott the big music labels...) and see just how
well they stand up to large monetary losses.

The constitutional battles of the future will not
be fought with words, they will be fought with
boycotts. Mark my word.
