So my data gets misused and I want to claim or go to court can you imagine the amount of hard work and headaches to sort out who was resposible and what actually constitutes the misuse, not to mention attaching a value to the damage caused? Most reports on the value of damage is highly subjective, your secret plans for a new flavour would only be of value to you and others in that industry while the rest of the world would hardly care. Can you imagine the turmoil and scope for mischief should an unauthoried user get inside such a vast database? I can only pray that the powers that be think very long and hard preferable until the end of the century.
