With last week's RIAA worm hoax, the scallywags at Gobbles raised security advisories to subversive performance art.

Having met a GOBBLES spokesperson at DCX,I can defintely see where this humor comes from. The long haired kid defintely made me laugh, and well.. Jim Jones is always funny no matter what he does.. 7 foot tall white guys talking like ghetto people always make me laugh tho.

You have to understand what these guys are about, and that is trolling. They are looking for a reaction, and they have yet to disappoint themselves. It says alot of about the security industry as a whole. Most of the industry is scared, trying to hold on for dear life, and everytime Gobbles and Company makes an advisory, the world fears.

You have nothing to fear from the turkey if you have a sense of humor, as their advisories and their code are both self explantory if you choose to read between the lines.

Of course, I think that Theo is STILL having a hard time keeping them out of cvs.openbsd.org... nothing like the most securely trojaned operating system...
