BlackLight - If you are going to post a comment, make sure it is based upon facts, not upon your own lack of understanding. I am sick and tired of people blaming MS for this worm - THERE HAS BEEN A PATCH FOR SQL SINCE OCTOBER OF LAST YEAR.
The only reason this worm did as much damage as it did was because Windows is the most widely used operating system worldwide AND it is subject to vast scrutiny because of that. If there were half as many people determined to take down Linux boxes as there are Windows boxes trust me, Linux would have its fare share of good takedowns.
