"- One word--virii" - One reply - MS makes up most of the desktop environment out there, it is only logical to assume that "virii" would spread fast. By the way, are you not aware of the Linux viruses out there? I would also like to mention that 95% of the people that create viruses are probably linux users that want to prove some kind of point. If there were half as many losers in the MS world that wanted to waste their time creating viruses to take Linux boxes down it wouldn't be difficult, or, maybe it would because of the lack of Linux boxes around. They just wouldn't make the same headlines. P.S. Setting up a managed antivirus environment is a trivial task.

"- Wasn't the UPNP vulnerability that came with XP a "poor design"?" - It had a bug, yes... it was one small service out of a million that had a bug. Isn't bind a "poor design"? damn right.
