e-mail administrators (and, for that matter, net-nanny proxy server admins) who block entire domains because of a few miscreants do more harm than good. Consider: what if one elects to block all e-mail originating from all domains within Microsoft's ? [let's see: get rid of a lot of spam, also get rid of those pesky patch alerts. And people wasting bandwidth by downloading patches -- might as well block the microsoft.com domain too.]
