It's funny how I constantly see '*NIX Zealots' referred to.. yet, I bet the majority of those refering to us as "zealots" slapped some lame Linux distribution on a box, and missed their start button, so it's time to bash UNIX? What? Qmail isn't point and click? Sweet Jesus! Free Software can't be good! - Get a clue. Linux is hardly any better than Win32 platforms IMHO. The Linux community has gotten as uneducated as the M$ community... Possibly even surpassed them. *sigh* As the cert classes fill up and CCNA's are rubber stamped and handed out to kids who barely understand basic concepts of tcp/ip. Just because you run Linux, does not qualify you as a UNIX guru, nor does it qualify you to compare UNIX to WIN32 platforms. To say closed-source M$ is more secure than any open-source, is laughable. Maybe if you lack the knowledge to patch the hole yourself.. With source at hand, you can find holes before they're already being exploited, nor do you have to wait on some lazy programming staff to release a 10 line patch, that's going to break something else in their OS. Bliss in ignorance, I suppose.
