Hey, why not mention the "Blue Star" LSD tatoo? Great...now we have legislators pandering in urban legends.

What Sen. Hatch (and the whole rest of the media cartel and their legislative lapdogs) fail to take into account is that if such methods of electronic mayhem actually do come to exist, they'll no doubt fall into the hands of people who will use them for other, even more nasty things.
