Lots of security shops have been aware of this type of "Privacy Policy" false advertisements, but its hard to get management buy in to put a more realistic (and complicated) explanation of security expectations out for customers to see. Maybe this will help gain management support for either (1) more realistic policy or (2) more resource investments (time and money) to back up the claims.
