Regardless of the how you feel about the copyright issue, this stuff in dangerous inside a trusted network environment. I've had to adjust our budgets and security policies to make sure we don't allow these tunnels to the work. If you ever run one of these programs and see the number of clients these programs you connect to you would think twice about using them. Of course if you download untrusted files you get what you paid for.
