So, all this said, what if person A and person B both have the same CD and person A gives a MP3 version of it to person B because he/she doesn't have the abilty to convert CDA's to MP3's. How can the RIAA possibly investigate this before intruding on someones privacy. Personaly i think more ISP's need to tell the RIAA to go f**k themselves. On that note whats to stop you from buying a titles after you recieved notice that you are being sued. I mean nothing a little fine grut sand paper cant take care of on the data side to denote wear and that you had it all the while.
