It would appear that anyone could use turnabout to their advantage and get a court order to get all of the information about all of the employees, including chief executives, at any or all recording companies and all of the information that they have transmitted by telephone or email or fax or any other communication, as well as bank and accounting records. The justification would be based on the same sort of reasoning that they use, and would be particularly more compelling when we realize that they are a mafia-like organization in operation and are most likely practicing some sort of unfair trade.
