Dollar bills are worth $1 because not everyone has 10^10 of them. If we could print our own, they'd be worth no more than the paper they were printed on. It's convenient to have currency that isn't duplicatable, even if the 'information' it represents 'wants to be free'. It's in our best interests NOT to counterfeit it.
I could go on, because the number of other things this fool got technically wrong are legion: from incorrectly characterizing fair use to quoting "authors" to imply that they're not being protected, but it's just not worth the effort to shut him down.
Someone please make sure he doesn't post again.
