I don't see how for example the set of firewalls that's protecting the local hospital's networks could be moved to India. I could see how these firewalls could be monitored remotely from India. However, if something is physically wrong with these firewalls, someone has to be there to fix them on the spot. Another example: a patch on a firewall is installed remotely from India, but the patch is buggy and in the process of the failed patch installation, all remote connections to the firewall are broken. What's the guy to do from India?
