I know an India company that is working on a set of security programs for the U.S. They are written code for $20/hour and selling the software back to several organizations in our government.

The same company also ask me to help them find old computer hardware and Microsoft software from U.S. companies, to help them reduce their internal cost.

The company has also started hiring support people in the U.S. at $30/hour to support their product line in a break-fix situation.

The problem is going to get worse, better it gets better.
