I expect that Malaysia has a bright future, as Malaysia is a conjoined twin of Singapore. I expect intra-ASEAN and APEC trade as well as trade with India to expand enormously over the coming years. I expect that with its low cost of living, good food and high quality infrastructure, Malaysia will find itself under heavily pressure to open its doors to skilled immigrants from the US sooner rather than later.
