Some don't patch because the patch breaks critical business applications. The cost of rewriting these applications in time and money out weigh the risk of being exploited.

If we had to patch our cars as often as we have to patch MS, we'd all be walking, or we'd buy a different brand of car.

For the cost MS charges, we should expect better of them.

They want to be the standard, yet they can't make the grade.....
