everything in the article is fine except for the above quote, sending him to trial achieves a lot, it shows that if you try to take on potentially dangereous items, no matter what your excuse, you will be prosecuted. Whose to say that the next person caught isn't actually a terrorist trying to use the same excuse. It is one rule for everyone or everything falls apart.
