Who is this kid anyway? Perhaps his apparent youth should be the tipoff that he hasn't been around long enough to know what he's talking about as he clearly doesn't.

As if Linux and its requisite security fixing just sprung up in the last couple of years with the big commercial vendors... Linux has had an will continue to have security patches with our without IBM, Red Hat, et.al.
