My credit was compromised as well, through Costco. I have called Wells Fargo numerous times to get answers and they are extremely evasive. I spoke to a supervisor wanting to get answers to what is happening and I admit I was very upset, but I actually heard her chuckle with laughter in the background.
Very soon I will wash my hands of Wells Fargo and their inferior service.
