Equally Frightening? 2004-01-19
Andy
You say:

"The Trojan defense presents two equally frightening problems: the possibilities of acquitting the guilty, or convicting the innocent. "

With all due respect, I think most people believe that the greater injustice has been done in convicting the innocent, hence the legal principle "innocent until proven guilty."
