The problem is The HUMAN !
Added to that Microsoft still to this day is shipping an OS that defaults to hiding file extentions from the user.
The big stop for these email viruses should be the mail server !!
The one and only virus to ever show up in my mailbox was from a trusted source. I didn't open it. It was an executable file .vbs.
I opened and viewed in text only editor read some of the virus writers "comments" then delete file, and emailed back to let sender know they were infected.
Attachments will be needed some may even be executables. How in the world are we ever going to get "Joe the average user" to know what to open and what to trash. It will take knowlege and wisdom. These are both uncommon. ( SAD )
Need to require an Internet drivers license.
