Did Republican staffers commit a crime by clicking on the "My Network Places" icon to access Democratic memos?

If this was the other way around the media would be making a big stink on how the Republicans were trying to illegally stop the Judicial Appointment process. Have you read the memo's? They discuss hinting about classified information (not giving it out but hinting which is/should still be illegal). The intelligence committe then talks about gathering information on all statements on the for Iraqi war (not to improve intelligence, just to attempt to discredit them). All of this is set to be timed during the election campaign of 2004, maximizing their rediculous propaganda.

The democrats do not want unity or economic recovery, all they care about is defeating the current administration. They are so filled with hatred it is both transparent and disgusting.

Of course since news postings on the internet are just another arm of the liberally slanted media, this article fails to mention all of these facts about the memo.
