The fact, regardless of party favors, is that of right and wrong. Just like the question about Bushies military service record, the repugnantcans argue that the dems were told of the problem. But of course there is no record of this. Very much like the lack of accountability this administration prefers.
I?ve been involved with the Information Security business for quite a while now. I?ve managed to obtain several important InfoSec certifications. I am no lawyer. I am sincerely discussed with the manner in which this administration has used patriotism as a propaganda tool. It made me sick to hear this administration garner support from the mindless masses after 9-11 to believe in God and country all the while condemning another country for their own religious beliefs. Yes I?m am partisan. But not without issue.
There are two predominant parties. Democrats and Republicans. The issue here brings up some very rudimentary controls, which were violated. Anyone can say, ?I didn?t file a tax return because I didn?t think any of the money I made was taxable?. Is this enough documentation to provide support for his claim? Then the same goes for the repugnantcans claim that the Democrats had been told of the problem. Not enough substantiation, sort of like photocopies of your National Guard pay records. Any ex-military folks here will be glad to tell you how accurate the military pay system is.
The parties need to be separated, both in name and in the business they conduct. When one party exploits a vulnerability of the other it?s pretty much the same as when one car company uses some form of espionage to garner information from their competitor. The parties are competitors hence the information they store on their respective computers should be considered of a nature not freely available.
You all know, if this had been the other way around we would have seen another Martha Stewart conundrum of wasteful tax dollars to parry focus from the real criminals.
Folks this is basic common sense. It?s not an issue of partisan politics. It?s a matter of right and wrong. When repugnantcans argue some film flam excuse it?s like nails scratching on a chalkboard, you just want to rip the eyes out of the perpetrator. Especially after years of repugnantcans moral society complaints about our past president?s intercessions with one intern. Now we have to suffer the lame excuses of why we should be in Iraq. Or listening to some bent explanation for what many Security folks consider a hack.
Do we really want what?s right for our country or do we just want our side to win?
Caca!
