I got into an argument with a new employee a few weeks ago because he complained about having to have a password to access email. He said, and I quote, "Passwords are out of control!" My attempts to explain the necessity of passwords just fueled his diatribe. Some people are never going to "get" computers.
There are plenty of good encrypted password managers available to securely store passwords.
