Some software, unfortunately, will not install for "All Users", so sometimes you have to temporarily give your user account Administrator privilages for the install. I have to use this dodge with some software at work, where we do not allow most users to have administrative privilages.
Sometimes I wish Windows had something like 'sudo'.
