A new Justice Department policy threatens to jail security professionals who help lock down online gambling sites anywhere in the world.

If this is the position of the Justice Dept. then why aren't they going after car manufactures for assisting in the crime of drive-by shootings, bank robberies, and any other crime that involves a vehicle?
The vehicle assisted in the crime and the car manufacturer produced it for the criminal. The reason they don't is that car companies have enough money to defend themselves, and use some of their funds to influence the political system. Private citizens don't.
Once again, in the US, you get the justice you can afford.
