Fascinating stuff.

I work for a UK Bookmaker which runs a very successful online operation, as well as over two thousand cash betting shops in the UK and Ireland. We also have a number of operations in Las Vegas and other places in the USA. While I don't work directly on the online side, I have contributed to security systems within the organisation from a user standpoint, possibly preventing any number of interesting problems caused by less than honest staff (in any organisation, you're bound to get some).

So, I assume that's yet another reason (apart from my past work on cryptography, DVD-CSS, and other such legal-here-but-not-there) that if I were to set foot on US soil, I could be arrested and incarcerated.

Yet another reason to stay on this side of the pond, as if I needed more.

I wonder if we can get Microsoft for aiding and abetting if the gambler is using windows?
