There is no way to receive a message without it being recorded electronically in some fasion.
Sending a message in a public chat room means you consent to everyone having a record of that conversation.
Everything I see is recorded in my brain. Am I not allowed to write things down I heard other people say?
How could testifying possibly be legal if I?m verbally playing back a conversation I heard spoken to me earlier?
