NSA v. Furby 2004-04-15

This story has been tossed around - as it is here - as "OMG NSA is afraid of Furby LOL!!11!". The Furby contains a mechanism for recording and replaying sound; no such devices are permitted inside sensitive Gov't/DoD facilities for [what should be] obvious reasons. The same restrictions apply to [personal] wireless devices like mobile phones and to items like cassette recorders.
