I think it is funny. it seems like everyone is blaming the End Users, Vendors and even us IT people. WHY ARE WE NOT BLAMING THE RIGHT PEOPLE.

We need to place ultimate blame on the people causing the problem not the victims of the problems.

I read the article Prison time for cyber stock swindler By Kevin Poulsen May 6 2004 2:07PM PT and the guy received 13 months in prison.
Where are stricter World Wide laws concerning this matter?
We need stricter punishment on these crimes PERIOD
