Is this the best Mullen can do? He is weeks old on the subject, all the
points he is (trying with difficulty) to make have been pointed out many
times before by ...uh...hum.. professional technology writers. All we have
here is a compilation of other peoples observations and opinions -

1 bounties will work
2 bounties don't fix software
3 enormous monetary damage claims
4 real criminal hackers won't get caught

this has all been hashed out the day the new broke, not weeks later Mullen.
Do try to put some original thought and observations into your work, we have
all read what you struggled here today to disguise as your own, long ago and
elsewhere.

Do wake me up when (and if ever) you do get it right
