Is this a joke? Hello? I think qualifying the numbers as 'the 20 most popular' would mean that they are uh POPULAR.

It's also worth mentioning that the process for activating/updating a pirated copy is only slightly more complicated than that of a legal version. This 'policy' changes nothing, there will always be hordes of people who know to upgrade and do so, legally or illegally, and even more people who don't bother at all.
