As I understand it (largely from usenet debates on publication of private email), the sender has no right to privacy anyway, although he may have copyright. From the moment it is posted, the recipient is the owner, and can do with it any "fair use" thing he desires, including showing it to anyone he likes (but probably not showing it in full to the general public, unless there is a "fair use" reason for doing so.)
