When Spyware Crosses the Line
Kelly Martin, 2004-06-23

"Spyware" isn't harmless software when it starts hijacking your browser, downloading updates, and displaying adult porn images to small children.

Lude and lascivious act? 2004-06-24
Brad
If these people are forcably pushing this content to computers, could their aggresive actions open them to suit if they take no action to veryify that the person who will view the content is under the age of 13?

Most adult sites are required to at least ask if the user is of legal age. I wonder if this legal requirement could be exploited to go after these companies. I think that it's rediculous that we (internet users) as INDIVIDUALS don't go after these people when they attack our families.
