Also, I believe that companies such as coolwebsearch.com should be responsible for simply CHOOSING to be associated with spyware, even though their web site disclaims responsibility for spyware actions. Judging by numerous misspellings and complete ignorance of English language in some cases, though, consumers may have a difficult time reaching this offshore slimebag. Anyone has an idea on how this new ligislation may cross national boundaries?
