I also think that it should be illegal to disclaim warranties in License Agreements.
Let's move software development and Licensing into the real world, make companies liable for their faults, just like car manufacturers are, if you want to use the car theft analogy, go right ahead.
I don't steal software, I don't use Microsoft software, but, I do think that the internet needs security.
It was after all Bill Gates who openly boasted about allowing people to steal Microsoft software...
"As long as they are going to steal it, we want them to steal ours. They'll get sort of addicted, and then we'll somehow figure out how to collect sometime in the next decade."
