What's the bet that some talented hacker will find a vulnerability in the tap system and as such turn it against the watchers, making them become the watched. I'll bet they won't like it, but it'll give them a taste of their own medication. I'll laugh my ass off when I read on security focus that the Isralies have been tapping the FBI communications for the latst 6 months using their own forcefully implimented technologies.
