I think this is going to hit managers like a ton of bricks. The market is heating up and a lot of security positions are being posted out there.
Bottom line- invest in your people and you have a chance of keeping them, fail to invest and you can be assured of not keeping them.
It has to be looked at as any other operating expense rather than an overhead.As an aside, I thought they wrote the article about my organization.
