Most people think this is all well and good, sort of like the popularity of the ASBO (Anti-Social Behavior Ordinances) in the UK to send people to jail/gaol for non-crimes. This is alas a social reality.
I do hope the current issue will be thrown out due to either First Amendement or other Bill of Rights violations. I could seee some saying "only reduce it" in fact suspended sentences should be done if people just want a legal terrorisation tool. I fear many pweople do want such ans so we will have such.
