Legal activities? Are you actually under the impression that Microsoft is doing things legally? Have you forgotten that Microsoft was found in court to behave in a manner consistent with that of a monopoly?
It's sad to think that the part owner of a company would be completely unaware of the activities of that company. You may wish to read up on your company's activities. I mean, it's not like you or any of the other owners will end up at Club Fed but the information may prove to useful to you.
