Who cares? The bottom line here is that Microsoft is wasting money trying to stop something that is completely out of their hands. No matter what schemes they come up with, there will be ways to get around it, just like media copy-protection.

As a stockholder, you should be upset that they are effectively pissing away money on a wild goose chase. They should get re-focused on bullying the competition, not their consumers.
