Good stuff.
Many people don't seem to blink when their $100 cell phone bill arrives yet when asked to pay for software it instantly becomes an issue.
On a side note, rumor has it that Microsoft is tossing around the idea of creating a software sold-by-the-service model where software can be freely downloaded and installed and an account is billed over time for corresponding usage. Curious to see if hell would actually freeze over the day everyone received a monthly Microsoft bill for $59.95.
