If thats the case then lets pull over random people driving and give them piss tests. Better yet lets give everyone pulled over a piss test. Oh and that codeine asprine you ate earier today to combat the migrain you have, you know that your friend gave you better not show up on your piss test. So from now on lets all get a note from our doctors' that states "Joe is legally able to have X in his system as stated in the Rx I wrote him." If thats the case then we might as well give up on drinking alcohol period. It stays in the system for 48 hours regardless if you are over or under the b.a. limit in your state. And why not test for nicotine too. Some jobs won't hire you or will fire you if you have nicotine in your system. (example http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/usatoday/20050208/c
m_usatoday/onceworkerspunchoutcompaniesneedtobuttout ) Insurance companies do as well to jack up your premium! Next lets test women to see if their going to have children. We can find something illegal with this if we just try together. We still live in America right?
Eventually I see it will get this bad everywhere. Every traffic stop either intentional or random will result in a drug test for legal and illegal drugs. It already happens in some larger cities. I understand pissing in a cup before I start a job somewhere, but pissing clean just because I ran a stop sign? Come on. Now you are treating every driver like a criminal. Next lets knock on everyones' door in the city and walk around with a drug dog. Even though you don't let the officer into the house the dog might smell the "drug odor" drafting out the house as you open then close your door.
