Autolink is no different than that from a copyright perspective.
And as someone else has pointed out, the things that AutoLink links are things that any decent web designer should have linked themselves.
And really, if someone is stupid enough to require a EULA to view their site that amounts to "you aren't allowed to use client side tools that fix my deficcient web design" they deserve what they get. Besides, in most web environments, it's impossible to prove that the user is actually the one that agreed to the EULA.
