The rise of Massive Class Action Lawsuits 2005-04-12
Anonymous (1 replies)
With all these break-ins where personal information is being stolen, I am waiting for massive class action lawsuits to be filed in which those who have been compromised are found liable.

Because identity theft is on the rise, businesses such as credit card companies and banks have to rethink validating legimate identities.

More laws both national and international will be passed in an effort to contain the issue. Thus more money will be diverted to security businesses in attempts to plug the holes.
