Currently the law is being tailored to limit class-action lawsuits. Odds are, individuals will have to single-handedly take on the aresenal of corporate lawyers one at a time using their own resources. In that model, it is not likely anyone will ever win a case significant enough to coerce responsible behaviour from corporations that already have a legal staff in-house.
