So what was the article about anyway? A simple admission of pipe dream security? Its amazing to me that statements such as "Linux is also close, but OS X is already there" make it past your editor, when everyone knows its not about the os, but how its deployed and managed.
The footer about a disclaimer should be at the top, and it should mark the article clearly as "ADVERTISEMENT".
