Psybnc? That's not a virus. That's an Unix based IRC bouncer and not at all specific to OS X. Darwin is Unix, and therefore you can compile and install almost anything you want. If you create a script that has "rm -rf /*" in it, chmod +x it and get someone to click on it; does that make it an OS X virus?
